Illiquidity is a key risk you must be comfortable with.

The relationship between partners and the sponsor is governed by the legally binding LLP Agreement. This agreement outlines the duties of the Sponsor and the rights of the partners. In a case of non-performance or breach, partners can exercise their rights as defined in the LLP Agreement, which may include legal action. Our rigorous sponsor due diligence process is designed to mitigate this risk, but it cannot eliminate it.
