Approved partners access private, project-specific opportunities across real estate and other sectors. Listings are informational only, not public offers.
Send a non-binding Expression of Interest. No money is collected on the platform.
Each opportunity is executed through a separate LLP SPV. Participation is as an LLP partner, not a unit or property purchase.
Documentation and capital contribution are completed offline. Blackwall Assets oversees execution and provides updates.
Projects conclude via asset sale or transaction. Proceeds are distributed as per the LLP agreement. Returns are not assured.
